St. Louis Primary section starts from P.1 to P.7
Our Primary Section!
St. Louis Primary School is located next Akright Police station, adjacent to the Golf course in Wamala Village. The learning environment is so conducive with required facilities that cater for both day scholars and boarding facilities.
At St. Louis we take pride in keeping small class numbers of children to maintain teacher- child relationships, such that even time takers can be catered for and understood on a one and one teacher child ratio.
Curriculum
Our curriculum is based on the Ugandan syllabus, but we adopt international practices to deliver this curriculum. At the end of P.7, children sit for the Primary leaving examination and obtain a certificate. We pay focus on the following subjects;
- Mathematics
- English Language
- Literacy 1 ( Science )
- Literacy II ( social studies)
- Reading and writing
- Physical education
- Information and communication Technology
- Swahili
- Art and Craft
- Music, Dance, and Drama
Class Structure
We expect the child to be of the following age at the beginning of each academic year;
Primary 1 (P. 1)
- Age: 6 Years
Primary 2 (P. 2)

- Age: 8 Years

- Age: 9 Years
